Alright so this blog thing is started again, I got my twitter up and running and Im back on the music grind.  I've been getting a lot of positive feedback for my last mixtape "Me, Karen O & Maximillion" and for all those that listened to it and downloaded it, I greatly appreciate it.  Lemme not make this a pseudo-thank you fuck fest, though.  Back to the announcements.

Alright so some random thoughts....cause thats what blogs are for right?

I just finished watching the movie "The Fountain" which is directed by one of my favorite directors Darren Aronofsky.  The whole concept behind the movie is a man attempting to defy fate by saving his wife's life even though she has a tumor and is given a set time to live.  She grows to accept death and throughout the movie, Thomas (the guy) grows to accept her death and realizing they can live forever through death.  This realization isn't until he finds the "cure" for death and injects himself with it.  As he is living through the end of times, he maintains to keep alive the tree his wife was buried under until he eventually "finishes it" and lets go.  Now, Im a little be under the influence but the concept of a guy spending his remaining years (which is forever in this case) preserving what he thinks is his wife and basically living through his perception of his wife is BEYOND POWERFUL.  My mind is blown right now, i cant imagine to know what that kind of feeling actually feels like.  Love is all powerful.  Alright so thats my bit, if you have Netflix go watch that shit!
